To Glorify God | To Grow in Faith | To Give in Service | Together in Christ
Grace Lutheran Church, Hatfield, Pa.

Music:
At this time, we are in the midst of the COVID19 outbreak.  It is so incredibly difficult to frame what our schedule will be in the Fall of 2020, but we are strong and encouraged to do good things in music.  We have a group of adult singers who enjoy worshiping at Grace who (under normal circumstance) sing each week in the Fall through the Spring for the weekly 10:30 am Sunday service.  Our choir has 12-14 voices, singing anthems to tie in with the church’s liturgical seasons. The choir’s voices add to the congregational singing of hymns and our church liturgy. The choir practices are scheduled at 9:20 a.m. every Sunday and twice a month on a Thursday from 7:00-8:30 pm.

We are also blessed with instrumentalists such as flute, guitar, strings, brass and keyboardists that participate in sharing their gifts in music.  As we move forward,  our goal is to include music in a new and fun way.  Adults, youth and children all have a place at Grace.  Please speak with our music director if you have an interest in music ministry!

Our church has a beautiful Yamaha grand piano and an Allen digital computer organ.  Our music director plays these instruments each week to accompany hymns, anthems, service music and special preludes and postlude.  The hymns and music include old favorites and traditional as well as contemporary songs.  Our worship space is a beautiful space and if you have a chance to visit us,  please join us for worship.
